Competition Site: Howard Wood Field – Sioux Falls, SD
8:00 AM – Band Room Opens
8:25 AM – Chaperone Meeting
8:45 AM – Full Band Meeting in the West Band Room (All Students need to be here by 8:25 AM)
8:55 AM – Load Buses
9:00 AM – Depart for Sioux Falls (Travel Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes)
- Bring your own food to eat on the way (we will be warming up during a usual “lunch time”)
10:30 AM – Arrive at Warm-Up Location / Unload / Change into Uniforms
11:45 AM – Scheduled Warm-Up Time (Warm-Up Site B) / Percussion Warm-Up (Arena)
12:15 PM – Walk to Gate
12:30 PM – Gate
12:45 PM – MOC-Floyd Valley Performance – AAA
12:45 PM – Return to Buses (in Uniform w/ Instrument)
1:00 PM – Leave for Host Location
1:15 PM – Arrive at Host Location / Relax
4:00 PM – Supper – Catered Meal
5:15 PM – Drum Majors / Band Director leave for Awards
5:45 PM – Leave for Warm-Up Area
6:00 PM – Class AAA and AAAA Awards / Finals Schedule Announcement

6:10 PM – Unload
6:30 PM – Scheduled Warm-Up Time
7:00 PM – Walk to Gate
7:15 PM – Gate
7:30 PM – Finals – Band 1 Performance Time
7:45 PM – Sit in Stands for Remaining Bands
10:30 PM – Final Awards
10:45 PM – Depart for Orange City (Travel Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes)
12:15 AM – Arrive in Orange City
