12:25 PM – Percussion Warm-Up Begins (B)
12:55 PM – Scheduled Warm-Up Time (B)

1:40 PM – Warm-Up Time Ends / Walk to Gate

2:00 PM – MOC-Floyd Valley Prelims Performance – Class 2A
2:30 PM – Load Buses / Depart for Host Location (Black Trailer to Host Location)
2:45 PM – Unload at Host Location / Rest and Relax / Drum Majors-Directors Stay
3:00 PM – Prelim Awards / Finals Schedule Announcement
3:45 PM – Catered Meal at Host Location
4:15 PM – Band Staff Leave for Critique (Critique 4:30-4:40)
