6:20 AM – Band Room Opens
6:30 AM – Chaperone Meeting
6:50 AM – Full Band Meeting in the West Band Room (All Students need to be here by 6:50 AM)
7:00 AM – Load Buses
7:10 AM – Depart for Omaha (Travel Time: 2 Hour 30 Minutes)
- Bring your own Lunch to eat on the way or once we arrive at our Host Location
9:40 AM – Arrive / Unload / Uniforms
11:10 AM – Percussion Warm-Up Begins
11:40 AM – Scheduled Warm-Up Time (B) / Percussion Warm-Up Ends
12:00 PM – Pit Staging
12:10 PM – Warm-Up Time Ends / Walk to Gate
12:20 PM – Gate
12:30 PM – MOC-Floyd Valley Prelims Performance – Class 2A
1:00 PM – Load Buses / Depart for Host Location (Black Trailer to Host Location)
1:15 PM – Unload at Host Location / Rest and Relax / Drum Majors-Directors Stay
2:45 PM – Prelim Awards / Finals Schedule Announcement
3:30 PM – Catered Meal at Host Location
4:05 PM – Band Staff Leave for Critique (Critique 4:10-4:20)

4:25 PM – Arrive / Unload
4:40 PM – Percussion Warm-Up / Hornline Visual Warm-Up
5:10 PM – Scheduled Warm-Up Time / Percussion Warm-Up Ends
5:40 PM – Walk to Gate
5:50 PM – Gate
6:00 PM – Finals – Band 16 Performance Time
6:15 PM – Change out of Uniforms / Pack Up
- Students may sign-out AFTER everything has been packed up
- Buses will depart approximately 60 minutes after performance time
7:15 PM – Depart for Orange City (Travel Time 2 Hours 30 Minutes)
10:00 PM – Arrive at MOC-Floyd Valley High School
10:30 PM – Final Awards (Some Staff and Drum Majors/Guard Captains will stay for Awards)
