8:25 AM – Depart for Omaha (Travel Time: 2 Hour 50 Minutes)
- Bring your own lunch to eat on the way or upon arrival
11:15 AM – Arrive / Unload
12:00 PM – Uniforms
12:25 PM – Percussion Warm-Up Begins (B)
12:40 PM – Scheduled Warm-Up Time (B)
12:55 PM – Percussion Warm-Up Ends
1:10 PM – Pit Staging
1:10 PM – Warm-Up Time Ends / Walk to Gate
1:20 PM – Gate
1:30 PM – MOC-Floyd Valley Prelims Performance – Class 2A
1:45 PM – Load Buses / Depart for Host Location
2:00 PM – Arrive at Host Location / Rest and Relax
3:00 PM – Prelim Awards / Finals Schedule Announcement
4:15 PM – Catered Meal at the Host Location
4:40 PM – Band Staff at Clinic (4:40-4:50)
